Delete your Shulah account

You can do it yourself in the app, in under a minute.

In the app

  1. Open Shulah and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Close account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@shulah.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything in the account, immediately: your profile, workouts, plans, food log, weight, steps, friends, what you shared and your community posts, and every signed-in device. We keep only one record that an account with that internal id was deleted, with no name, contact details or health data. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Data that Health Connect or your watch holds stays there - Shulah only read it. Uninstalling the app removes what was on the phone.
